Terms of service
For this one, I recommend using Shopify’s generated Terms of Service rather than replacing it with a short homemade version.
Go into Terms of service → Generate template if Shopify gives you that option. Shopify specifically provides policy templates for its stores, including Terms of Service.
That will cover far more than we’d reasonably want to hand-write here, including your store terms, purchases, payments, intellectual property and limitations. Once generated, read through it and replace any placeholders.
