Processing Times
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after your order is placed.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. During particularly busy periods, processing may occasionally take longer.
Shipping within Australia
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
These delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has been processed and dispatched.
Delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, severe weather, public holidays and peak postal periods.
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where tracking is available.
Incorrect delivery information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery information entered at checkout is accurate. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been dispatched.
